I have recently discovered a very neat tool for BANS users which I wanted to briefly talk about and discuss today. It is called “TWW’s ePN Item Tracker“, and in my opinion this FREE tool should be in every BANS user’s toolbox!
TWW’s ePN Item Tracker is a script which allows you to view very specific details about winning bids from your BANS sites. You can view thumbnail pictures, seller information, buyer information, final pricing information, and much more very easily and quickly.
It is absolutely a wonderful way to be able to see what sort of items people are actually clicking and buying from your BANS sites. It is also quite hilarious to see your site about iPods sell a “Vintage Toilet Seat Cover” or something similarly ridiculous. This script allows you to do it!
One of my favorite features about this script however, is the fact that it shows where the winning bidder “clicked into” eBay from… Basically it shows you which of your BANS store pages is getting good click/conversion rates! This is great news for us, because now we can apply all the other techniques we have learned about SEO and optimization and target the store pages which are getting the most clicks/winning bids!

The one thing that may be confusing for a new user of the script is: How exactly do we import my own winning bid info?
It is pretty simple… Browse to your ePN Dashboard. From there click on “Reports” on the yellow header tab. Then click on “Transaction Downloads” on the yellow header. This will take you to a page where you can customize how many results you want to receive (customize this to your needs). Then be sure to SAVE the .txt file it prompts you to download to your desktop or another folder of your choice.
This .txt file is the one which you need to upload into the TWW ePN Item Tracker.
